Kaitlyn Ann Vincie

Kaitlyn Vincie was born 10th December 1987. She is an American journalist. She works as a reporter for Fox NASCAR and hosts the daily news and updates show NASCAR Race Hub. Vincie started her journey into stock car racing when she was awarded an pit lane pass. After having graduated from Christopher Newport University she worked at Langley Speedway as a reporter. Following the time that SceneDaily released her own self-made video blogs on NASCAR and she was able to draw attention. Vincie was born in Harrisonburg, Virginia on December 10 the 10th of December, 1987. Her family moved to Warrenton when Vincie started high school. Vincie is the daughter of John and Margaret Vincie, and has a younger sister. Vincie's grandmother Eleanor N. Logan (a fifth-grade teacher) was her maternal grandfather who was a member of Bridgewater College's faculty. She was interested in journalism from a young age. Vincie completed her studies at Fauquier High School in 2006. She participated in track and field events, as well as worked as a coach for the school's wrestling team for four years. She was the winner of the 800m race at the AAA Cedar Run District. Vincie was introduced to Al Pearce, a journalist who mentored her and provided Vincie a lot of information. Vincie completed her degree at Christopher Newport University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in communications. Vincie worked as an intern for the athletics department of the school, and had a similar job for the USAR Pro Cup Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway. After securing a pit-lane access to the NASCAR All-Star Race, Vincie finished her thesis for her senior year on the gender gap in auto racing. Her inspirations include Wendy Venturini and Krista Voda.
